Bus Rapid Transit Brings Investment

Cleveland’s HealthLine, a BRT project completed on Cleveland’s Euclid Avenue in 2008, has generated $6.3 billion in development – $126 for each transit dollar invested. The HealthLine route runs 7.1 miles from Downtown to East Cleveland, connecting the city’s cultural and educational institutions, medical and business centers, and retail stores. It has 36 stations to choose from and 24-hour service.
