America’s Marine Highway Program Notice of Funding Opportunity FY22

MARAD on April 26th issued a notice of funding opportunity for the America’s Marine Highway Program, which is intended to support the development of port and landside infrastructure while strengthening supply chains. An adjustment of an earlier funding announcement, the NOFO makes a total of $39.8 million available for fiscal year (FY) 2022. This figure represents $25 million appropriated by IIJA and an additional $14.8 million included in the FY 22 appropriations package, which was signed in mid-March.
