1998 Report Card

When the federal government indicated it would not be updating Fragile Foundations: A Report on America’s Public Works after a decade, ASCE used the approach and methodology to publish the first Report Card on America’s Infrastructure in 1998. The first Report Card graded 10 categories, giving an overall grade of D.
